Exercises include evaluating your relationship history, figuring out what you want in your relationships and what steps you need to take to achieve your goal, how to identify someone who's a good potential friend or date, how to express your needs and boundaries, how to hear and respect the other person's needs and boundaries, and how to have relationship building or strengthening conversations.

Items marked Made to Order are made after your your purchase. We do not carry inventory of these products, only the supplies to make them. Due to the volume of orders we receive, and our small team, our production time ranges from 2-6 weeks.
When ordered with made to order items, ready to ship items will ship together with the rest of your order. When ordered on their own, will ship within 2-3 business days.
Almost all of our pieces are made to measure, and many cannot be resized. It's extremely important that you provide accurate measurements to within 1/2".
