Description

A martingale collar is an elegant take on a choke collar, with a length of heavy chain and ring of O front and center, it's stylish, comfortable, and functional. It's width is solid and a heavy reminder, while the leather is comfortable and easy to wear. It's modern, minimalist style makes it perfectly unisex.

1/2" wide leather
Made to measure:

Provide your exact neck measurement and this collar will be completely handcrafted to order for you.
The size you provide will be the smallest option, and it will adjust 2" above that in 1/2" increments.

A note on fit: martingale collars are not meant to be tight when worn, as there needs to be slack on the chain for the choke chain to work. Therefore, this style collar is extremely comfortable, and can be worn for sleeping. It's not until the ring is tugged that this collar will feel snug. (And, oh, what a feeling!)
This black garment leather is double stitched and reinforced.
Rose gold plated hardware is nickel free
Iron based chain is nickel and lead free.

Made to Order Items

Leather gear, jewelry, brooches, engraved items, and anything remotely customized or made to your measurements will be 100% made to order. We do not carry inventory of these products, only the supplies to make them. Due to the volume of orders we receive, and our small team, our production time ranges from 2-6 weeks.

Ready to Ship Items

When ordered with made to order items, ready to ship items will ship together with the rest of your order. When ordered on their own, will ship within 2-3 business days.

Taking Your Measurements

Almost all of our pieces are made to measure, and many cannot be resized. It's extremely important that you provide accurate measurements to within 1/2".

Items with Buckles

For collars, cuffs, and harnesses, please provide your actual measurements. When in doubt, size down.

Items that Lock

For locking collars, necklaces, day collars, and anything else that doesn't adjust, please provide your desired finished length. When in doubt, size up.

Measuring your Neck

Measure around the part of your neck where you want the collar to lay. If you want it tight at the center of your neck, measure it there. If it's a looser style that you want to lay at your collar bone, or lower, measure where the collar will lay across the back of your neck and down to where it will hang.

Tell them you need everything from their shoe size to their ring size. They’ll have no clue what you’re getting, plus you’ll have their measurements for future gifting!
