We require a $50 spending minimum for a 30 minute appointment to account for our time, which is charged at the time of booking.
Cancelations are fully refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

You will receive an order confirmation upon checkout, a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships, as well as tracking updates via email until your order is delivered.
Please make sure to include all necessary information to complete your order, and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list, as this is how we will contact you if we have any questions about your order.
Leather gear, jewelry, brooches, engraved items, and anything remotely customized or made to your measurements will be 100% made to order. We do not carry inventory of these products, only the supplies to make them. Due to the volume of orders we receive, and our small team, our production time ranges from 2-6 weeks.
When ordered with made to order items, ready to ship items will ship together with the rest of your order. When ordered on their own, will ship within 2-3 business days.
Almost all of our pieces are made to measure, and many cannot be resized. It's extremely important that you provide accurate measurements to within 1/2".
