Made to Order Items

Items marked Made to Order are made after your your purchase. We do not carry inventory of these products, only the supplies to make them. Due to the volume of orders we receive, and our small team, our production time ranges from 2-6 weeks.

Ready Made Items

When ordered with made to order items, ready to ship items will ship together with the rest of your order. When ordered on their own, will ship within 2-3 business days.

Taking Your Measurements

Almost all of our pieces are made to measure, and many cannot be resized. It's extremely important that you provide accurate measurements to within 1/2".

Items with Buckles

For collars, cuffs, and harnesses, please provide your actual measurements. When in doubt, size down.

Items that Lock

For locking collars, necklaces, day collars, and anything else that doesn't adjust, please provide your desired finished length. When in doubt, size up.

Measuring your Neck

Measure around the part of your neck where you want the collar to lay. If you want it tight at the center of your neck, measure it there. If it's a looser style that you want to lay at your collar bone, or lower, measure where the collar will lay across the back of your neck and down to where it will hang.

Need their measurements? Ask for all of them!

Tell them you need everything from their shoe size to their ring size. They’ll have no clue what you’re getting, plus you’ll have their measurements for future gifting!
