Our Return Policy

More than anything else, we want you to be delighted with your entire Restrained Grace experience, from the moment you arrive on our website, through every moment you use and wear your products. 

We approach all interactions with kindness and good-intent, and expect the same from our customers.

Should you require a repair, a resize, a replacement, or be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

The Fine Print

  • Unworn & unused items may be returned within 60 days of receipt for replacement, refund, or store credit; or after 60 days, for a replacement or a store credit.
  • Returned items that show significant signs of wear are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Engraved items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. 
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on insertables, including gags. Please contact us if you feel your product is defective.
  • Sample sale items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

5 Year Warranty

Leather gear, jewelry, and accessories made in house come with a 5 year warranty. 
(Look for the Restrained Grace brand under the product name if you're unsure!)

Not covered: 
Plating on hardware and rivets. 

Hardware and rivets can be replaced for a small charge.

Natural oxidization/tarnish on sterling silver, copper, or brass (this can be polished off with any jewelry polishing cloth)
