COVID-19 Update: Shipping Restrictions & Delays, Out of Stock Items

COVID-19 Update: Shipping Restrictions & Delays, Out of Stock Items

We're busier than we've ever been, for which we're incredibly grateful! Please bear with us as we work out the kinks (pun intended) of making a lot of things, ordering a lot of supplies, and shipping a lot of things during a global pandemic. The situation changes almost daily, and we're adapting as quickly as we can. We've put together this update to keep you in the loop!

Out of Stock Products

As we receive new developments almost daily on changes in everything from which of our suppliers and manufacturers are open, producing supplies for us, or shipping current inventory, we are working diligently to keep our products available or reduce their availability as situations change.

If an item is out of stock, please sign up to be notified when it is back in stock with the form on the product page. Please help us out by refraining from contacting us to ask for specific ETA's on re-stocking, as we are in a holding pattern waiting for shipments on a lot of our supplies with no concrete ETA.

There is the possibility that our inventory is off slightly, as we are working with raw supplies, and not pre-made products for the most part. If we find we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will reach out to you as soon as we can, with options to delay, exchange, or cancel those parts of your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this.

Shipping Delays

We're updating info on USPS shipping delays and restrictions on shipping to specific countries as often as we can.

As most of our pieces are handcrafted, our production time for all orders is 2-3 weeks before shipping. At this time, we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates for any packages. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We appreciate your patience as we navigate uncharted territory along with you.

Per the USPS: USPS Priority Mail and First Class Package Services will likely see their two to three-day delivery windows extended to three or four day. Priority Mail Express deliveries are not impacted at this time.

We are currently not recommending upgrading shipping, as there is no guarantee that it will arrive any faster.
